ABOUT THE COMPANY
When seeking consultation to become EMDRIA certified, Ms. Wisniewski, MSN, APRN, PMHNP, found it difficult to find a consultant who was experienced in treating veterans and similar patients. As an EMDRIA Certified Therapist and Consultant in Training (CIT), she is providing consultation so other EMDR trained therapists have greater access to providers with experience serving veterans, active service members, and other patients with more complex trauma histories.
With her extensive experience treating veterans with EMDR, Ms. Wisniewski is well equipped to provide consultation to therapists treating civilian clients with a high complexity. For example, numerous peer reviewed studies show veterans have a far higher prevalence of adverse childhood experiences (ACEs).
Nova EMDR Consultation provides online EMDR consultation virtually on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. Both group and individual consultation is offered.
